Our Return Policy
For lingerie and swimwear still in its original packaging, we accept returns on anything that's unworn and unwashed within 30 days of purchase. You can choose between a refund to the original payment method, or a gift certificate.
Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase, with the item you are returning.
Shipping your item

You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
As we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item, we recommend using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially if you are returning items valued over $100.
We will notify you by email once we receive your return.
We’ll issue your refund within approximately 3-5 days of receiving your return. Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement within 1-3 business days. If you used PayPal, there is a PayPal processing period, which can add another 10 business days, before the credit appears in your bank.
If you have not received your refund with 10 business days for bank/credit card transactions or 20 business days for PayPal transactions, please check with your bank or credit card company.

Defective or Damage Items
We are confident that no items will arrive either damaged or defective due to our stringent quality control procedures. However, should something arriving that is not in prefect condition, it will be replace it free of charge. It will of course be examined and once we confirm our error we will send a replacement along with a refund of any shipping costs.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
